Juicing-Apple Pie

We have been trying to set a healthy lifestyle for the children and lead by example. As we continue to explore ways to improve our health, we have discovered the benefits of juicing. This apple pie recipe from Reboot With Joe is a healthy substitute for those times you are craving junk food.

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

  1. Wash all ingredients.
  2. Cut apples, carrots, sweet potato and orange so they will fit into juicer.
  3. Pour juice into cups and top with a dash of pumpkin pie spice.
