I made this Oreo Cheesecake for my daughters and they all gave it high reviews 🙂
- 1 Oreo Crust
- 8 ounces cream cheese; softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 ounces Cool Whip
- 15 Oreos; crumbled
- Use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together in a large bowl.
- Add 10 crushed Oreos to bowl and combine.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Spread filling into pie crust and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
- Top pie with remaining crushed Oreos before serving.
