Oreo Cheesecake

I made this Oreo Cheesecake for my daughters and they all gave it high reviews 🙂


  • 1 Oreo Crust
  • 8 ounces cream cheese; softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 ounces Cool Whip
  • 15 Oreos; crumbled


  1. Use a hand mixer to beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together in a large bowl.
  2. Add 10 crushed Oreos to bowl and combine.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Spread filling into pie crust and refrigerate 2-3 hours.
  5. Top pie with remaining crushed Oreos before serving.
