Dijon Mustard Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup or so of dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • salt & pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place chicken into greased 9×13 baking dish.
  3. Season chicken with salt & pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mustard, syrup and vinegar then pour over chicken.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake 15-20 more minutes.
