I decided to use leftover Easter ham to make this amazing sandwich.
- sliced ham
- 2 slices of bread
- 3-4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Put mayo on one slice of bread and mustard on the other.
- Layer with ham and cheese, then assemble sandwich.
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Beat eggs, cinnamon and sugar in bowl.
- Coat sandwich in egg mixture then grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
