Even my picky eater loved this easy to make breakfast pizza 🙂
1(13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza crust dough.
1/4 cup milk
8-12 cooked bacon strips
16 oz crumbled sausage, browned (I used half for this recipe saving remainder for sausage gravy)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Using a 15×10 cookie sheet, roll out dough. I used a plastic measuring cup and whisk to beat together the eggs, milk (I added salt and pepper to taste) then poured evenly on the crust. Top with crumbled bacon, crumbled sausage and cheese. *For busy mornings cook sausage and bacon the night before and refrigerate.
Place in oven for 12-15 minutes, making sure crust and eggs are cooked.
